Hi, friends and family. Out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to call Sunday, April 16th a home Sabbath day. There will be no gathering either on-line or in person.

Despite being individually and collectively cautious throughout the pandemic, we now have a number of confirmed cases of COVID.

The Good News is, Jesus is ready to meet us wherever we are—sick or well; alone or together; out of the house or confined to the home. And not meeting for worship doesn’t let us off the hook either! We are still called to resist the rhythms of a world that pushes us towards inattention to God. We encourage you to set aside some time on Sunday for spiritual practice—a time of personal prayer and Scripture reading, a visit or a phone call with a friend, an act of service to a neighbor, cooking and savoring a delicious meal on your own or with a loved one—All as a reminder that Jesus meets us where we are, as we are.
